Feelgood Pictures of the University

A dedicated website for showing off the awesome life on campus at the University of Agder.

The University of Agder (UiA) is situated on the southern tip of Norway and has locations on two campuses, Kristiansand and Grimstad. The university has approximately 10 000 students and 1100 academic and administrative staff members. It is one of the newest universities in Norway, but its history goes back to 1839.

I did this project while I was working at the University of Agder. The project was part of a recruitment campaign to present the life on campus in pictures.

The university has thousands of photographs in their archives, but the old website didn't have a suitable gallery layout for showing a bunch of pictures. So we decided to build one from scratch. The project itself was sort of an experiment; we didn't really have a lot of requirements other than present the best photographs in an organized way while keeping the university's visual look and feel.

Due to the University of Agder's recent launch of their beautiful new websites, the gallery site that I worked on is no longer online, but you can still have a look at it by clicking the button below (files are hosted on my web server).
